About Me

My name is Pamela Lourenço, founder and head pastry chef behind DOTI Cakes.
Brazilian-born, Antwerp-based, and passionate about creating cakes that feel like a warm hug.
I am a professional chef graduated through Alain Ducasse Formation – BR, with specialization in Cakes & Entremets from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, and HACCP certification.As a mother of two boys — Don and Tito, the inspiration behind the name DOTI — I believe that every dessert carries emotion.
My work blends technique, premium ingredients, and heartfelt intention:
to make people feel loved through flavor and to bring a genuine smile to their faces.
All recipes, fillings, and buttercreams are crafted by me, developed over years of experience in gastronomy and confectionery. Every cake is made fresh, with care, precision, and the signature DOTI touch.DOTI Cakes is more than baking.

50% deposit to confirm, remaining at pick-up
(cash or Payconiq).
